– Silage corn is a highly nutritious feed, very suitable for herbivorous animals, especially dairy cows.
– The corn variety grown is biomass corn with a high grain ratio, planted in staggered batches, and harvested within 90-100 days.
– After harvesting, the entire plant, including stalks, leaves, husks, and cobs, is chopped and fermented in silage bags (using molasses or silage inoculants as additives).
– Fermentation takes 20 days, after which the product is packed into Jumbo bags and vacuum-sealed for long-term preservation. As long as the bag remains intact and airtight, the product will not be affected, with a shelf life of 6 months to 1 year. When using silage inoculants, it can be preserved for up to 2 years.
